I would like to explain how the Rachiele shopping cart works. Once you make your selection on the product pricing page and select the following screen will show up describing your selections, along with a total price.

If you would like to merely price things up, our cart allows you to do that over and over.  If you would like to add more items, merely select .

You do not have to enter any personal information to use this portion of our shopping cart.

If you would like to make a purchase, select


If you are not ready to purchase, and you are just pricing things out, press the button to the left. It will eliminate everything from your cart and will bring up the screen you see to the left..

Just click on the button and you will be returned to the original page you were on. You can do this over and over to see how options total up.

 

If you decide to purchase, the next screen you will see is this one: This page resides on a Secure Server for your safety. This is where you enter your name and address, plus any comments you would like to add.

Common comments include: "Don't run my credit card until Monday" or "Please call me to discuss dimensions" or "I selected Rustic Patina, but am not sure of which one - call to discuss" or "I am using a debit card that has a $2000 per day limit. Please charge half of the purchase price today and the other half tomorrow".

The next screen is where you will be able to review your order, and see any tax information. Only Florida residents will be charged tax.

Here you will fill in your name, select the type of credit card - We accept Discover MasterCard and Visa only!

Once you have filled out this information, you should read our policy regarding shipping by clicking on the blue text in the form and then check the box as shown below.

Once you select very little happens. Your card is NOT immediately and automatically charged.

We are alerted of the sale and must log in manually to the secure server to gather your information. Only after we read comments, do we manually charge your card.

We do this so we have the ability to be flexible with regard to your requests.
