Millennia Stainless Steel Sinks - the ultimate in stainless!
What is Millennia?
We introduced the Millennia textured stainless steel in 2000. It has been a
hit ever since. What makes this material so amazing is the pattern. The
pattern hides scratches and water spots so well, that we had once customer
use the material as a floor tile in parts of his kitchen. Years later, it
still looks great! It is approved for residential kitchen use and our
customers just love it. So, if you are looking for a stainless steel sink
and you are worried about scratches and difficult upkeep, this is the sink
for you. I have one in my house and it always looks new. I was so enamored
with the material that I had one of our showers lined in Millennia.

How about an apron bar or prep sink in Millennia?
This under mount sink is going to New Zealand to be installed in the galley of a very large boat. This sink has a perforated Millennia grid that sits on the bottom of the sink. It also has two custom poly cutting boards that will sit partially over the countertop and over the sink.

I recently was asked if water sits on the ledge as I had no personal experience, so I asked Richard, the owner of this sink. This was his reply:
Don't
think so of any significant amount. We've not noticed any problems. No
more accumulates than what normally adheres to the sides through water's own
adhesion properties (at least to Millennia SS). I imagine less droplets
adhere to copper.
With Millennia, I've not noticed any more spotting on the ledge than
elsewhere and spotting is so minimal on millennia anyway I've quit my
initial weekly cleanings.
We LOVE how we can stack dishes INSIDE the sink now throughout the day (or
overnight) rather than taking up counter space. Wife LOVES being able to
wash the girl's hair in one side of the sink even w/dishes on the other.
The old sink she'd have to clear the bowl. Here, w/Rachiele, you just
"slide" any dishes over and use the sink. :)
One day I noticed I had cleaned a refrigerator crisper drawer wholly within
the sink with no water spilling on counter. Try that on double bowl. :).
Also, my wide electric griddle for Sat morn eggs/bacon breakfasts is a
breeze to wash in the single bowl sink.
Can u tell? Though it was a large investment, we LOVE our sink (and faucet
and sprayer) (and disposer). I'm amazed how often a kitchen sink is used so
I'm still glad we made the investment.

is a Smarter Millennia stainless steel under mount sink shown with American
Black Walnut cutting board.
Without doubt, this is the most efficient workhorse sink on the market in stainless steel. You can have a white poly cutting board or a cherry cutting board too!
This is the first top mount (self rimming) Millennia Smarter Sink we have
built. It came out spectacularly. I must have taken 20 photos of this sink and
none really came out good. With flash, without flash, etc. The texture seems to
be magnified a bit due to the flash, but trust me folks... this sink is
gorgeous.

This photo was taken last year and the shower was built in 2001. It is so easy to care for. All we use is the Bayes stainless steel cleaner and conditioner. a triple bowl undermount stainless sink with a single bowl "Smarter"
