If you wondered what you were paying for in the shipping and packaging cost, now you can see for yourself! We go to great lengths to protect your sink. We have had no shipping damage at all using the packaging we use now. This is a costly system, but we want to make sure your investment gets there the way it left our factory!

We use only the finest in materials to pack your sink! We use heavy cardboard exterior with a plywood interior on all 4 sides. We then place foam in critical areas so the sink is riding totally on foam.

Corners are held in place with rigid extruded aluminum to insure the plywood stays in place.
The sink is placed in the container and adjustments are made to insure the sink fits like a glove!
The rim of the sink lips over the foam to insure that it does not get bent during shipping.
Lastly, a plywood top, with foam attached to the bottom, is set on the sink to insure strength. Once the sink is packed, a 200 pound man can jump on the box with no effect at all. Short of being run over by a truck, this packing system is designed to be damage proof.
