You will never find a complaint online about our company, because we always do the right thing. Lastly, use some common sense when you look at testimonials. Most everyone is happy right after they receive their sinks. Most companies do not have, or they do not show, testimonials from customers who have used their sinks for a while! I will put a next to the testimonials of those who had used their sinks for quite some time before sending in their testimonials. Just for kicks, try and find testimonials like this on other sites.

My philosophy is simple.
1.  Do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it.
2. Treat each customer as I would want to be treated if I was investing in the best of the best.
3.  Provide the best of the best.
4.  Have fun while doing it.

For those of you who are skeptics; a reminder that your credit card company will hold us to our written guarantee. I just wanted to write and tell you how much I LOVE my copper sinks. We purchased 2 sinks for our kitchen- one farmhouse style sink and one bar sink. First of all- they are absolutely gorgeous - the first thing many people notice when they come into my house. Moreover, the drain placement is genius! In my larger sink the drain is on the side rather than the middle. This makes perfect sense so that the drain is not blocked when washing pots. Furthermore, your sinks are custom made. Most farmhouse sinks are 10 inches deep. If you are taller than average, cleaning a dish in a 10 inch deep sink is hard on one's back. I was able to order an 8 inch deep sink which makes all the difference! Most importantly, I love your sinks because they are EASY to take care of (yes- I am lazy). I used to have a stainless steel sink in my kitchen and the smudge marks used to drive me crazy. I really don't do much to keep my sinks looking beautiful now- I simply rinse them out with soap and water while washing my dishes. Nothing else!!!!

After all the fussing, we are now one of your loyal followers. Yes Dino... a single bowl sink with a right rear drain makes so much sense! OK, I said it. Thank you, thank you, for being so insistent. (and for taking my countless phone calls) We could never have believed how wonderful your design is. We both wish you much success. You deserve it.

OMG! It is gorgeous!!! Really, really gorgeous! I'm just thrilled and it is everything you said it would be. It was funny that after having spent so much time reading everything on your site and watching all those videos, opening the sink almost felt like it was something I had done before. It is sitting on my kitchen table right now (properly supported on the sides!) and it is so rich and beautiful that I can't stop looking at it! Both it and the prep sink arrived in perfect condition. The prep sink is the perfect size! So happy I listened to my instincts and ordered what I wanted instead of the smaller sink my designer wanted me to get.

My husband was VERY impressed with how well the sink was packed. He was impressed before we even opened it. I'd already opened the prep sink and he saw the ShockWatch on it. He thought that was very cool. Just a note, the ShockWatch on the prep sink was perfect. The ShockWatch on the farm sink had been sheered off. The sticker is there, but the actual capsule that turns red was GONE. I was home when it was delivered and I mentioned it to the driver. The box looks great and I knew the sink was so well packed that is was unlikely it could have been damaged. It looks perfect.

Anyway, while we were unpacking it and I was going through my deja vu experience, I told my husband how impressed I'd been with you and your service. Not just how you've answered the phone on weekends and evenings when I've called, but how you've spent so much time answering my questions and giving advice. If you've said you'd do it, you've done it. It is a pleasure to deal with a man whose word means something.

I can't wait to see the kitchen faucet.  I had a chance to see a Waterstone faucet in person last weekend and was really impressed with the quality.  I had a chance to play with a Gantry.  Very cool.  Trying to decide which faucet I want to go with my prep sink.  Do I want a Hampton that matches the main faucet?  Kind of leaning towards the Annapolis because it is so cool looking.  As soon as I get that figured out, I'll be placing my order.  :)

Hey Dino,

When I was a kid, my father pointed out to me that if you flicked a penny up into the air with your thumb, those minted prior to 1982 would result in a nice "ring". During 1982 however, they changed the composition from mostly copper to mostly zinc - and in doing so, the pennies lost that nice familiar ring.

I started collecting copper pennies, and then other copper coins. Soon I began to notice copper roof tiles and gutters on older homes and churches. As an adult, I even noticed that various fixtures throughout my house were copper and brass.

So... when it came time to picking a sink for my kitchen renovation, how could I select anything other than copper? After looking just about everywhere, all I could find were flimsy, poorly constructed sinks whose finish appeared an attempt to hide the natural and ever-changing beauty that pure copper develops over time.

Thankfully, I discovered Rachiele sinks, and now, after a year, I can say that the wow-factor expressed by visiting friends and family is just as fresh as the day my sink was installed. We've been waiting to open the sinks to keep them protected. We are about 2 weeks from needing them and opened the package to get our first look and ensure there was no damage from shipping. First, you guys pack the sinks extremely well. Even if UPS beat the hell out of the containers I think there's better than a 50% chance the sink would be fine. Kudos for compensating for your logistics partners! (Thanks - I pack every sink!) Second, the sinks are gorgeous. The quality of the copper and craftsmanship is apparent. Photos on a website do not do you and your team justice. We can't wait to see them installed. If they look half as good in as we expect, then I may have to remove two outdoor sinks we installed just a few months ago and order replacements from you.  Jeff was clearly impressed too. I have no doubt he will order all of his copper sinks from you going forward, and we obviously would send anyone we know who is looking for copper sinks your way.

On a completely different note, I got the Vostra shower head a few weeks ago, and it's awesome. I love that it gets all of me wet at once (no cold spots), and that it feels like soft rain instead of stinging sleet.. My husband prefers the "sleet", so he put an adaptor on so it can be switched back and forth with our old shower head. I also love the ability to change it to an angle that doesn't flood my bathroom floor when I turn it on!

Got the sink on Friday…Wow looks great. Got it home and WOW IT LOOKS BIG!!! Anyway, I realized it is difficult to put an under counter sink into an existing corner!!! Wow again!!! We ended up taking out one of the sidewalls and got it in the. There was about 1/4" left on both sides…ie: PERFECT FIT. I am glad that I got it Friday, as it took several days for the process. OK, OK, You were right... I love, love ,love,  the single bowl sink with the right rear drain. You even have my husband doing the dishes! ( a small miracle)You asked me to trust you and I did. I have to say, it only took one day for me to "get it". This simple design is awesome. Now that I have used the sink for a month or so, I could never go back to  my old double bowl sink (that I thought I liked). It seems like every day I mention your name - my husband is going to get a complex. I just wanted to tell you that I am generally a nervous buyer. I felt so calm during the order process. You held my hand all the way through - even a thoughtful note on the bottom of my sink! It is obvious that you are detail oriented and love what you do. Not to forget, I love my Waterstone faucet set up. Wow - the quality is far and above what I expected. I had a difficult time convincing my hubby to spend over $1000 for the faucet, etc. In fact, he was a bit irritated with me - until he opened the box. Dear Dino:

Well indeed the beautiful sink arrived yesterday (Monday about midday as scheduled) via delivery. All without a hitch!!. I fixed up customs last week - thats was about AU$400 a little less than expected.

I had the delivery man place it in the carport as I wasn't able to get to it then, not to mention I needed Michael to help lift it.

Finally we opened it today.... gently. Wow its just so impressive isn't it & will certainly makes its mark in our kitchen. I am waiting for the days when people start enquiring about this large sink we have... what's it made from...where did we get it etc? We've now got to re box it & deliver it to our kitchen man so he can start fitting it into the redgum top, or rather make the redgum fit the beautiful sink....

It appears to be in perfect condition, no damage.... I've attached some pictures for you..... pls excuse the mess -- the house is under renovation.

The kitchen is not going to be installed till end December now.... I'm waiting on faucets. Once its installed I then do the finish using milk paint. Big job this kitchen.... whew!

I spent hours looking into a sink including soapstone & cast iron 2 bowl sinks as well as numerous others styles. When I moved into the copper sink option it became a real challenge to determine quality, availability of real copper sinks & style. There are allegedly 'copper' sinks available all over the web/ebay. It was really only when I found your site that I got up to speed on copper sinks..... Your site (once I got to used to traversing it!) is extremely informative. You argue well the case for your real copper sinks by comparisons with & observations of other lesser quality 'copper' sinks on the market....not to mention your certification.

Dino, the transaction was a pleasure, despite anxious moments (for me) sorting out customs from this end - a reflection of my inexperience bringing in larger stuff from overseas. Normally one buys smaller items from O/S under $1,000 which means nothing is paid re taxes/GST/tarrifs .... just click, click Order, click click Pay Pal & wait for the item to arrive.

My Rachiele Copper Sink Story Wow! It looks gorgeous with my marble counters and Italian cabinets. The customer service is outstanding. Yes, I actually talked to Dino--live. Looking over my notes I had forgotten how many copper sinks I had considered before selecting Rachiele. Maybe Dino doesn’t want me to mention competitors’ sinks, but since they don’t compare to his sinks in quality and price, I don’t think he’ll mind. I had originally selected Native Trails because I saw one in the showroom of the place where I bought my appliances. Then I looked at Brass Elegans, Signature Hardware, Highpoint Collection, Copper Sinks Store and many others. I remember I was very concerned about the color. I did not want a shiny copper-penny color; I wanted a darker bronze shade (color of an old penny). Since I talked to Dino via Live Chat, he sent me a link, while we were talking, to show me the exact color. The color was exactly what I wanted and when my sink arrived, it was exactly the color of the sink in link he had provided. Choosing Rachiele among all the available copper kitchen sinks was easy: it was the only sink that had the drain in the corner. As a person who cooks a lot there is nothing worse than putting your colander in sink with the drain hole in the middle and having all the water back up onto your pasta. Also if you don’t have the drain in the corner, you are almost forced to buy a grate insert to sit on your sink in order to elevate the pans and dishes so the water can drain. I prefer simple, elegant solutions to problems and the corner drain is both simple and elegant and it works. Since I was buying the copper sink for its anti-microbial quality, I wanted to make certain that the copper purity and content was as represented. I felt much more comfortable buying a sink that was manufactured in the U.S. rather than someplace like China where the factories take a lot of shortcuts and don’t necessarily follow the specifications they are given, ergo the cheaper prices. Would I buy another sink from Dino? Yes, most definitely. I am going to be remodeling another kitchen and a Rachiele cooper sink is at the top of my list for that house.

Wow is an understatement - since Saturday is my birthday this is the greatest birthday present I can imagine - now I am getting even more excited and anxious to get it installed - Wow again - I will take some before and after photos and send to you - thank you so very much - this is a dream come true.

Dino, I love the picture you sent of my sink! I am so excited that I got "my way"!!! I have been driving John (husband), our project manager and the factory absolutely crazy complaining about the sink they planned on installing. I am quite sure I have confirmed their thoughts that I am beyond spoiled getting my way! Like I told John, I was not about to give up on finding a sink until I knew I was positively beaten. I am so fortunate that your website popped up when it did. My life on that boat would be miserable if I had been stuck with that small, unusable sink that was scheduled to be installed. I just can't tell you enough how thrilled I am with your sink. It is beautiful ! You went way overboard with the packing—unbelievable! We have shipped the engines and other big ticket items to NZ for this boat and nothing had the packing and protection that you have done for the sink, let alone putting a monitor on the box!
Chances of us being in Florida waters are quite good as we have friends that cruise the East Coast. We will definitely give you a call. When we take possession of the boat, (July ?)and soon as we have it all nice and tidy, I'll send you a picture of the sink installation.

Wow! Elegant! Beautiful, if a sink can have beauty. We're all the comments that our house guest said when they saw our sink. After total reconstruction of our kitchen, in just four weeks, my wife and I opened our house for a grand baby shower.

When we first decided to redo our kitchen, one of the first decision we both agree upon was that we wanted a copper sink. You are right we looked at all the competition and once I compared them I realized they just didn't compete with the products you offer. Not only the good looks, strong structural integrity and built in common sense of a right/left hand drain but when matched with the Waterstone faucet suite we now have a masterpiece within our kitchen.

I must also admit that I purchased the drainage rack even tho my wife didn't see the need. However, once installed and in daily use she now admits it was a valuable and useful addition.
So, I close with a big Thank You for a wonderful American made product that we are very proud to own and enjoy its use every day.

"Wow, where to begin....the sink is amazing, beautiful, unique in material and design, extremely practical, a joy to use, requires no special care, durable, an ever-changing piece of art. It was a delight to work with Dino on the design. He was pathologically accessible (24 hours a day!!), and a bright spot in a huge remodeling job. I believe the joy that he has for his products is embedded in the sinks. Oh and it looks gorgeous in our kitchen."

"The ability to talk with the owner of the company is a benefit that can not have a price attached. to it. Dino's passion for his product is palpable whenever you speak with him. His vision and advice went beyond the sink itself, and he helped me with other design aspects of my kitchen remodel. A few days after I had finally decided to go with the Rachiele sink, I realized that I had asked Dino to have the drain installed in the right rear corner of the sink. I am left handed, and it makes more sense to have the drain in the left rear corner. I placed a call to Dino's cell phone, and told him of my over sight. He IMMEDIATELY ran to his production area, and had them stop production, and rework the sink so the drain was in the right (left) place! That kind if service is simply unheard of these days, and would NEVER happen with any other internet based business. The high level of service goes hand in hand with the high quality product Rachiele sells. I am extremely pleased with my decision to go with the Rachiele sink - The product and service are well worth the price."
