1999, that is not thrilled. You will never find a complaint online about our
company, because we always do the right thing. Lastly, use some common sense
when you look at testimonials. Most everyone is happy right after they
receive their sinks. Most companies do not have, or they do not show,
testimonials from customers who have used their sinks for a while! I will

When I was a kid, my father pointed out to me that if you flicked a penny up into the air with your thumb, those minted prior to 1982 would result in a nice "ring". During 1982 however, they changed the composition from mostly copper to mostly zinc - and in doing so, the pennies lost that nice familiar ring. I started collecting copper pennies, and then other copper coins. Soon I began to notice copper roof tiles and gutters on older homes and churches. As an adult, I even noticed that various fixtures throughout my house were copper and brass. So... when it came time to picking a sink for my kitchen renovation, how could I select anything other than copper? After looking just about everywhere, all I could find were flimsy, poorly constructed sinks whose finish appeared an attempt to hide the natural and ever-changing beauty that pure copper develops over time. Thankfully, I discovered Rachiele sinks, and now, after a year, I can say that the wow-factor expressed by visiting friends and family is just as fresh as the day my sink was installed. We are about 2 weeks from needing them and opened the package to get our first look and ensure there was no damage from shipping. First, you guys pack the sinks extremely well. Even if UPS beat the hell out of the containers I think there's better than a 50% chance the sink would be fine. Kudos for compensating for your logistics partners! (Thanks - I pack every sink!) Second, the sinks are gorgeous. The quality of the copper and craftsmanship is apparent. Photos on a website do not do you and your team justice. We can't wait to see them installed. If they look half as good in as we expect, then I may have to remove two outdoor sinks we installed just a few months ago and order replacements from you. Jeff was clearly impressed too. We love the Smarter sink! Hi Dino, Hi Dino, Hi Melissa, On a completely different note, I got the Vostra shower head a few weeks
ago, and it's awesome. I love that it gets all of me wet at once (no cold
spots), and that it feels like soft rain instead of stinging sleet.. My
husband prefers the "sleet", so he put an adaptor on so it can be switched
back and forth with our old shower head. I also love the ability to change
it to an angle that doesn't flood my bathroom floor when I turn it on! Dear Melissa, Thanks. I will keep an eye out for him! You all have been so helpful with

Message: I don't believe I've written one and it's so well deserved, so here it is: I just wanted to write & mention how much I love my corner drain copper farm sink with the fire & ice apron! Becky is amazing and treated me like a friend rather than a client from the get-go. This is my second copper sink from this manufacturer and I can't say enough about it, anyone who sees it goes on & on about how positively gorgeous it is! The corner drain is a must, much more efficient than a center drain. If you are even just thinking about owning one, buy it here, you won't be sorry. I love that they have an available matching copper drain, much better than the faux. An absolutely stunning sink, I never get tired of looking at it, and it's much more comfortable to use than my old cast iron one, ask Becky about that, she'll fill you in... Andrea D. Both my husband and I are surprised at how much we ended up loving the look of our sink in this kitchen. Not to mention its functionality! It's beautiful, and we have no worries, love the antimicrobial quality! It truly has become the center piece of our home. We used to have a stainless steel sink at our last home. I can't tell you how many times I looked down into that sink, disappointed at all the scratches. This sink sure stands up to the wear and tear from our family of five. I absolutely love that it is always changing it's beauty, this self healing thing is GREAT! I have got to say, I was a little worried about it being such a precise custom size, but you and your team were great, you have got this art mastered. Ken and Donna (This is our Northern Lights patina, which I apply myself. As much as I enjoy doing this patina, I am glad I only do a few a year. The patina can take over a week to accomplish. The faucet shown is the PLP by Waterstone in the weathered copper patina. The backsplash in Ken and Donnas' kitchen is gorgeous, don't you think?)

Wow is an understatement - since
Saturday is my birthday this is the greatest birthday present I can imagine
- now I am getting even more excited and anxious to get it installed - Wow
again - I will take some before and after photos and send to you - thank you
so very much - this is a dream come true. Dino, I love the picture you sent
of my sink! I am so excited that I got "my way"!!! I have been driving John
(husband), our project manager and the factory absolutely crazy complaining
about the sink they planned on installing. I am quite sure I have confirmed
their thoughts that I am beyond spoiled getting my way! Like I told John, I
was not about to give up on finding a sink until I knew I was positively
beaten. I am so fortunate that your website popped up when it did. My life
on that boat would be miserable if I had been stuck with that small,
unusable sink that was scheduled to be installed. I just can't tell you
enough how thrilled I am with your sink. It is beautiful ! You went way
overboard with the packing—unbelievable! We have shipped the engines and
other big ticket items to NZ for this boat and nothing had the packing and
protection that you have done for the sink, let alone putting a monitor on
the box!

Beautiful, if a sink can have beauty. We're all the comments that our house
guest said when they saw our sink. After total reconstruction of our
kitchen, in just four weeks, my wife and I opened our house for a grand baby
shower.
These are the results of a survey taken by past customers well after sinks were installed and being used. Questions 7 and 8 were comment based. Some of which are shown below.
"The ability to talk with the owner of the company is a benefit that can not have a price attached. to it. Dino's passion for his product is palpable whenever you speak with him. His vision and advice went beyond the sink itself, and he helped me with other design aspects of my kitchen remodel. A few days after I had finally decided to go with the Rachiele sink, I realized that I had asked Dino to have the drain installed in the right rear corner of the sink. I am left handed, and it makes more sense to have the drain in the left rear corner. I placed a call to Dino's cell phone, and told him of my over sight. He IMMEDIATELY ran to his production area, and had them stop production, and rework the sink so the drain was in the right (left) place! That kind if service is simply unheard of these days, and would NEVER happen with any other internet based business. The high level of service goes hand in hand with the high quality product Rachiele sells. I am extremely pleased with my decision to go with the Rachiele sink - The product and service are well worth the price." Some of the comments regarding the question: "WIf you could give advice to a prospective buyer, what would it be? "Talk with Dino about all aspects of your kitchen. Let him know what you cook, how you cook, and how you plan on using your sink. Pick his brain - there is a breadth and depth of knowledge there that he is more than willing to share." "After our experience, why would anyone want to use anything else? I recommend watching all of Dino's video clips, they are very accurate!"
