LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Rachiele offers a lifetime limited transferable warranty on all its products. The warranty is limited to defects in workmanship. We will repair or replace any sink shown to be defective and credit return shipping. We do not believe the warranty should ever expire on a quality luxury product that has no moving parts!.

OUR EXCLUSIVE GUARANTEE

If, for any reason, a customer is not THRILLED with the quality of our sink, we will (1) promptly and fully refund their money, (2) pay for the return shipping cost and (3) send them a check for $100, in recognition of the inconvenience experienced. We want our customers to be THRILLED. We leave mere customer "satisfaction" to the competition.

Attorney babble: THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. Rachiele LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Rachiele LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, DELAY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. (Folks, we will do our best to thrill you - that is my personal goal)

This warranty shall not apply to any damage or product failure that is caused by any condition beyond Rachiele LLC' s control, including, but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. Rachiele LLC shall not be liable for any costs of removal or installation.

In the unlikely event of shipping damage... Please open the sink package as soon as it arrives. DO NOT DISCARD ANY SHIPPING MATERIALS. Inspect the sink carefully for damage. Seemingly flawless packaging does not denote a perfect product. Boxes rarely appear damaged when there is internal damage. Place the sink upside down on a flat surface and insure that it is lying relatively flat. If the sink is not truly square in shape or level, call us at once. Occasionally, sinks may get caught in the carrier's conveyors and then bent out of shape. We are fully insured for any such occurrence. Please do not wait until the day of installation to examine your sink. Delays can drastically reduce your options with regard to damage claims. We are now using U.P.S. to pack and ship our sinks. They offer unconditional insurance if "they" pack the sinks. Even though this process is more expensive than previous methods, we feel more secure that your product will reach you without damage.

Copper sinks: Copper, when annealed, is a malleable metal. The rear flanges of the sink are annealed and in particular, may get slightly bent during shipping. This is not a cause for concern. In most instances, the flange can be straightened by applying uniform and simultaneous pressure on both sides. Regardless, this will not show in the final installation.
