This is my original workstation sink: "Signature Series. It is an under mount sink featuring a small step front and rear, set down from the top of the sink. This step allows for copper grids, cutting boards and other options to rest on, and slide back and forth of the steps. All food prep is now done on the sink instead of on the countertop! Interior width below the step is 16 1/2".
If you have heard that copper sinks are a nightmare to care for... they can be! If the interior of the sink is not similar to the color of an old penny, you are in for disappointment. My sink interiors are naturally weathered and the patina will always come back to the color of an old penny. We never use a faux finish on the insides of our sinks. Rest assured, if you see a copper sink with a different interior finish, it is NOT natural and you will be sorry!
For those of you who are interested... This is what our sinks look like just after manufacturing and prior to the patina process.
This is a 30" wide, 19 1/2" front to back and 8" deep under mount copper sink. It is on sale now with our self healing weathered patina. My sinks do not require drying after each use like most imports! Virtually no maintenance. Read why...
This is a Signature Series "trough" sink made in copper with our self healing weathered patina. Fill it with ice and place beverages inside. I designed the sink with internal dividers to separate areas for ice and beverages. An unfinished photo of this sink currently resides on another website giving the impression they designed and sold this sink for commercial use. That is not the case. Sadly, illusional sales abound on the internet with the help of Photoshop. (They also mention the sink is 60" long - it was only 40" long). You can even see what appears to be a faint Rachiele logo on the sink in their photo.
Signature Series Trough Sinks are becoming popular for entertaining guests in homes. Long narrow sinks with accessories for cutting make this sink perfect! I want a vodka on the rocks please!
I have a patent on a potting sink with a setback drain location. The drain can be either in the center or the right or left corner. This sink has no patina yet - that is why it is so shiny and a new penny color. It did receive a weathered patina, however I did not photograph it at the time. We have sold quite a few of these in California as potting shed sinks. If you would like one of these, please call me.
This installation is one of our original Signature Series Workstation sinks. Believe it or not, I introduced the first workstation sinks to the market and just about everyone else followed with similar designs. The faucet suite you see is the Towson, by Waterstone. We are Waterstone Authorized Dealers and we offer a nice discount when you purchase a sink!
