Heirloom Quality Kitchen Sinks
To some, “Made in the USA” is merely a marketing line. To us, it’s the difference between a product and a legacy—a bespoke sink, handcrafted by true artisans to last for generations.
By choice, we stay small.
Our focus is on fewer sinks, finer details, and craftsmanship without compromise.
We’re not a household name. That is intentional. We’re a family-run business, building heirloom-quality sinks for those who value craftsmanship over marketing. We haven’t had an advertising budget since 2008. Over 90% of our clients come from referrals or repeat orders. That’s not a strategy. That’s a reputation. If you have just found us, welcome to our family.
When you invest in a Rachiele® sink, you're not just investing in a product; you're becoming part of our family. Our unique customization process is something you will not find anywhere else. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our customers while helping them craft the kitchen of their dreams. All of our sinks are handcrafted in our small artisan shop, using only domestic materials, in Apopka, Florida. No matter where you are in the world, we'll bring a piece of our family's craftsmanship to your home, as we offer worldwide shipping for all our extraordinary products.

Fewer than 400 custom sinks are made each year in our Apopka, Florida artisan shop.
Each is built from heirloom-grade metals designed to last for generations. These aren’t just sinks. They’re functional works of art, handcrafted to be handed down.
316L domestic surgical-grade stainless steel
16-gauge 316L stainless is far more corrosion resistant than type 304 used by most sink manufacturers.
14-gauge copper, brass, and bronze
Thick, authentic alloys that develop living, self-healing patinas with character that only improves over time.
MicroWelded™ inside corners
Seamless, glass-smooth corners that are stronger, easier to clean, and impossible to imitate.
A recent visitor from Blue Origin inspected our welding and commented,
“This is aerospace-quality welding, rarely seen outside our industry.”

You will not find welding of this caliber on any other sink, at any price point.
Every stainless, brass, and bronze sink we build features our MicroWelded™ and micro-polished corners, crafted with a level of precision unmatched in the industry. Customers consistently note in their five-star reviews how easy these corners are to clean, thanks to their smooth, refined finish. This proprietary process delivers exceptional durability and a flawless, seamless appearance that sets Rachiele® apart.

MicroWelded™ corner on our Millennia™ Textured Stainless Steel—engineered for effortless cleaning, visual impact, and long-term performance without the grime buildup common in lesser sinks.

Experience the pinnacle of luxury: our hand-finished stainless steel with an optional 1/8" radius corner for refined elegance.

Cutting corners on your sink can cost you thousands down the road.
The most expensive fixture to replace in a kitchen is the sink. Unlike ovens or refrigerators, a sink is fully integrated into your countertop, cabinetry, and plumbing.
Replacing it later often means disturbing or replacing countertops, backsplashes, and surrounding finishes. At that point, you are not simply changing a sink. You are opening the door to a much larger and far more costly project.
Choosing the right sink from the beginning is not about indulgence. It is about foresight. Once it is installed, the true cost of compromise becomes very real.
Common Oversight in Kitchen Sink Design
Left image
In the image to the left, notice the flaw. The cutting board sits above the counter, allowing liquids to run onto the countertop and down to the floor.
Most stainless sinks rely on bottom grids to protect softer steel and finishes. Our sinks do not require them, and we advise against their use. Grids trap moisture and debris, creating an environment where bacteria can thrive.
Finally, look closely at the corner weld in that photo. This level of finishing is difficult to reconcile with a product positioned as luxury.
Right image
The image to the right shows a different but equally common ergonomic mistake. The cutting board is positioned too low. This forces the user’s wrist into the countertop edge, creating strain and awkward hand positioning during prep.
Over time, the issue is not just discomfort. It is inefficiency built into daily use.

Our Innovations: Poorly Copied, Never Matched
At Rachiele Custom Sinks, every design choice is rooted in decades of everyday cooking, not theory- and certainly not trend-driven guesswork. For over 25 years, we’ve been refining our sinks based on how real people prep, cook, and clean. That means ergonomic comfort, intuitive workflow, and accessories that don’t just look impressive—they actually improve your daily routine.
Unfortunately, many who attempt to imitate our designs focus only on what they see—the surface details. They miss the critical ergonomics: the correct bowl depth for comfort, the optimal ledge placement, and the precise corner radii that make cleaning effortless. They add accessories but fail to consider how they function in motion—how a cutting board works when liquid runs off, how water drains in the sink, and how a cook’s hands move throughout the day. Their designs often look the part but feel awkward and clumsy in real use. We know because we have been told this over and over by those who have owned other workstation sink brands.
At Rachiele, we know the kitchen isn’t a showroom. It's not a staged series of well produced videos. It’s where life happens. That’s why our sinks are handcrafted to meet the demands of everyday living, quietly improving your experience through thoughtful, proven innovation.
While imitation may flatter, only the original delivers the comfort, flow, and functionality that comes from living at the heart of the kitchen.
I loved cooking too much to live with the hassles, so I replaced them with solutions.

Caution: If you are considering a quartz countertop with another brand of sink that uses a flange as the top tier, never place a hot half sheet pan or steam oven tray on the top tier.
Quartz can be damaged at temperatures above 150-200 degrees.
