Dino will review your cabinet opening, countertop type, sink reveal preference, and any constraints from plumbing, windows, or backsplashes. Unlike off-the-shelf sinks, our overall sink dimensions are designed to fit within the same cabinet footprint, delivering significantly larger usable bowl space than what is available elsewhere.
Dino personally designs your sink around your unique height, handedness, cooking style, workflow, and daily kitchen habits - ensuring every reach, prep, and cleanup feels effortless and perfectly tailored to you.
Choose from domestic 316L surgical-grade stainless steel (available in smooth hand-finished or textured Millennia™ for added visual depth), or heirloom-grade 14-gauge copper, brass, or bronze (warm, authentic alloys that develop a living, self-healing patina over time). For copper, brass, or bronze, we confirm your preferred patina direction and apron finish details during our private consultation.
Dino collaborates with you to select the ideal configuration and workstation features that perfectly align with your cooking routine - including single-bowl, farmhouse, corner, dual-tier, or retrofit solutions - ensuring maximum functionality, efficiency, and timeless elegance in your custom design.
Dino personally collaborates with you during the Zoom consultation to refine every detail - size, features, drain placement, ledges, accessories, and more - until the design is precisely tailored to your vision. Together, you finalize the perfect custom sink and receive a clear investment proposal in real time.
At Rachiele, true craftsmanship sets the timeline, not rigid queues. We align production precisely with your preferred delivery window, whether you need your sink in weeks or months. Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, Dino sends a detailed dimensional drawing for your review. This allows you to collaborate on final refinements, ensuring every detail reflects your vision. Once approved, production begins - deliberate, precise, and timed to meet your schedule without disruption.
Your custom sink is meticulously handcrafted by our team of four skilled artisans, each one personally invested in bringing your unique vision to life. Every corner, seam, and surface is executed to our uncompromising standards, with finishing techniques carefully selected for the chosen metal. Before shipment, the sink receives a thorough final inspection - and each artisan proudly signs their name on the bottom, marking it as a one-of-a-kind heirloom created exclusively for you.
Our entire team pours heartfelt care into the final stage: Dino personally conducts a meticulous inspection, capturing detailed photographs of your one-of-a-kind sink. It is then expertly packaged in a custom-monitored crate, with every accessory carefully protected and confirmed. Your sink departs fully prepared for installation, accompanied by a UPS tracking number so you can follow its journey. This moment marks the culmination of our collective dedication to delivering a flawless heirloom crafted exclusively for you.
For our Foundation Series sinks and accessories, you can confidently order directly through the site - the process is streamlined and secure. Every Foundation Series order receives Dino Rachiele's personal review: within 1-2 business days, Dino will reach out directly by phone or email to confirm every detail, ensure perfect fit for your space, and address any questions. This hands-on touch guarantees your selection arrives exactly as intended.
For all fully bespoke custom sinks, we strongly recommend beginning with a private Zoom consultation with Dino. This is where true personalization begins - refining every element to align perfectly with your lifestyle, cabinetry, and vision.

Reserve your spot in our production schedule and lock in today’s investment rate with confidence. We’ll customize the timeline to fit your project’s needs.
► If your schedule requires delivery within 4 months, you may place your order and receive detailed drawings and a reserved completion date on our production calendar. We request payment in full at this juncture.
► For later deliveries, a 50% deposit secures your spot, with the balance due 45 days before completion.
You’ll receive a detailed, custom sink drawing with plenty of time to review. You can request revisions or cancel entirely for a full refund before final approval.

Depending on your specific schedule, we ask you to approve your drawings 14–30 days before production starts. Once approved, your design enters fabrication, and changes are no longer possible. For a smooth process, we recommend finalizing all details at least three weeks before your scheduled completion date.
