I speak with every client personally, not to sell them more, but to understand how they live, cook, clean, and move through their kitchen each day. Height, handedness, habits, frustrations, and daily routines all matter. If I do not understand those things, I have no business designing anything for you.

Our Custom Sink Design and Craft Process
You schedule a Zoom call with Dino to discuss your kitchen, your goals, and your timeline. Appointments are often available within an hour, seven days a week, including early mornings and early evenings. If you have initial questions, you can often reach Dino directly by phone at 407-880-6903 before scheduling your Zoom call. Schedule your Zoom call here.
Dino will review your cabinet opening, countertop type, sink reveal preference, and any constraints from plumbing, windows, or backsplashes.
Dino designs around how you actually use your kitchen, including user height, handedness, cooking frequency, and workflow.
Choose 316L stainless, copper, brass, or bronze. For copper and other heirloom metals, we confirm patina direction and apron finish details.
Dino will go over options with you so you can select the sink configuration and workstation approach that fits your routine, including single bowl, farmhouse, corner, dual tier, and retrofit solutions.
Dino personally walks through size, features, drain placement, ledges, and accessories, refining every detail until the design is exactly right. During the Zoom meeting, you will review the design together and arrive at a clear investment for your sink in real time.

We don’t follow rigid production queues. Instead, your preferred delivery window sets the pace. Whether you need your sink soon or months from now, we’ll schedule production to align with your plans.
Within 1–2 business days of placing your order, Dino will send a detailed dimensional drawing for your review. This is your chance to collaborate, make refinements, and ensure every detail reflects your vision.
Once approved, production begins—deliberate, precise, and timed to meet your schedule, not disrupt it.
Your custom sink is built by our four artisans, with corners, seams, and surfaces executed to our standards. Finishing methods are tailored to the metal, with comprehensive final quality checks before shipment.
We inspect, photograph, and pack your sink in a custom monitored crate. Your sink ships ready for installation, with accessories confirmed and protected. You will receive a UPS tracking number as we ship your sink.
Even when your order begins online, it won’t stay there long.
Our Foundation Series sinks and accessories can be purchased directly through our site—but every order is personally reviewed. A member of our team will reach out to confirm details and delivery timing and ensure your selection aligns perfectly with your space.
For bespoke orders, we strongly recommend scheduling a private phone or Zoom consultation with Dino. These conversations are where exceptional begins—refining every detail to fit your lifestyle, not just your cabinetry.

Reserve your spot in our production schedule and lock in today’s investment rate with confidence. We’ll customize the timeline to fit your project’s needs.
► If your schedule requires delivery within 4 months, you may place your order and receive detailed drawings and a reserved completion date on our production calendar. We request payment in full at this juncture.
► For later deliveries, a 50% deposit secures your spot, with the balance due 45 days before completion.
You’ll receive a detailed, custom sink drawing with plenty of time to review. You can request revisions or cancel entirely for a full refund before final approval.

Depending on your specific schedule, we ask you to approve your drawings 14–30 days before production starts. Once approved, your design enters fabrication, and changes are no longer possible. For a smooth process, we recommend finalizing all details at least three weeks before your scheduled completion date.

With more than five decades in kitchen design and over twenty years as a professional designer, I have seen every angle, every shortcut, and every oversight. My kitchen consulting rate is normally 175 dollars per hour, yet when you are exploring a Rachiele® sink, that level of expertise is provided at no cost. Your investment is not only in a custom sink but also in the knowledge, guidance, and thoughtful design process that come with it.
