I have to admit that it is a rare experience working with fabricators to get what you want. At Rachiele Custom Sinks, the actual owner is intimately involved in guiding you through the design process and educating you on your choices. There is plenty of communication to make certain the final sink design is exactly what you wanted and dimensions are exactly what you need to make a perfect fit. Dino, the owner, is unbelievably available during your entire experience to offer help to any problem you may be concerned about. I had a concern regarding the rear flange on my sink and Dino took the call and it was solved in about 5 minutes. This attention to detail left nothing to go wrong for the installation. It was an absolute perfect fit. Mine was a retrofit apron drop-in sink replacing a dual bowl stainless steel undercount sink. The entire team that I spoke with during the process showed concern and never made me feel like I was a burden when asking questions. It is a top shelf product that Rachiele manufactures and even better, made in the USA.

I waited till I had used it for a few weeks to write a review. I bought the custom drop in copper workstation farm sink with a Waterstone faucet. First, the sales process. Second, constructing the custom sink and delivering was as per quoted time frame, quite a feat during a pandemic. The delivered sink was in a sturdily constructed packing crate, beautifully packaged and signed by Dino (kind of like the sink version of a Carrol Shelby automobile). The instructions for installation were very clear and I was able to accomplish installation in a few hours without a granite counter guy or plumber, by using YouTube tutorials. Third, the fit and finish are just wonderful, especially the clear coat protected patina on the farm front. Last, the performance: this sink is very simply a time saver. Dino has thought of everything in the way a sink is used to make it a pleasure to wash dishes, wash vegetables, thaw meat, or prepare on fitted cutting board; all in a comfortable work height with perfect drainage.
My advice, don’t hesitate on the price. A worthwhile investment.

If you are in need of a new sink look no further! Rachiele Custom Sinks is your place. I have recently purchased a custom copper sink with Waterstone faucet and accessories. The quality is impeccable not to mention my entire experience in working with Dino and his staff. Dino was so patient with all of my questions and reassuring regarding the ware and upkeep with a copper sink. My sink looks stunning and a dream to use. And he was so right the upkeep is so easy. The patina like an old penny gets prettier and prettier with every use. Working with Dino on replacing my 20-year old under mount, double bowl, polished stainless steel sink with Rachiele's custom, top mount, rustic matte stainless steel, Signature Series was the easy part. Dino was easy going, friendly and patient throughout the process. However, the decision to purchase such an expensive sink using a company that I found on the Internet was not something that came easily to me or my husband. It took us 2 months (with the help of our equally suspicious contractor) to ask Dino questions, order and receive samples, shop around for other alternatives, determine that we needed some customization, i.e., beveled corners on the sink for it to fit properly, and finally place our order which we didn't wish to receive for month because of our travel plans. It was all worth it as I LOVE working with and looking at my new Rachiele sink.

To begin with, the rustic matte finish fits better with our stainless appliances than our old sink. Our kitchen is not very large and so work space is limited. Now that my husband is retired, we often prepare meals together and with the addition of the Signature Series sink, we have gained a significant prep area. We use the cutting board that fits into the sink to do chopping and carving. An unexpected bonus is that Rachiele's poly cutting board doesn't seem to stain or get cut up like similar looking products that we can buy locally.

Once, after soaking and washing the grates from our outdoor grill, which can lay flat in our sink now (yeah!), I created some fine scratches. They were as easily erased with the gray Scotch Brite pad that is included with these sinks as the instructions indicated.

We were also very impressed with the efforts that Rachiele put into packaging the sink. They built a wooden box just to ship it in!

After researching custom sinks for some period of time, I narrowed it down to two companies. Both were professional and answered my questions, but Dino at Rachiele went way above and beyond. He tactfully followed up with additional information and pictures and he was always there to answer my many phone calls. He never pressured me or lost patience, and truly exhibited an understanding of the challenges that a long distance buyer might be facing. Once we decided on his company, he not only walked us through the process but also he made sure we didn't over buy. His promise to deliver by a certain date was never met, however. He beat it by more than a week! We are thrilled with the end result made more enjoyable by a business owner who understands his customers. I would recommend them without reservation!
