Back in the fall of 2022, we shipped two sinks to our customers, Lois and Jack. They had changed the size of the bar sink last minute, and I had accidentally turned in the original drawing to my team instead of the newest one. I received a call from the contractor indicating the sink was the wrong size on Tuesday, November 1st. I immediately realized my mistake and indicated I would build another sink and ship it quickly. As it turned out, the new sink shipped on the 4th, three days after we were aware of the mistake. Below is an email I received from them.
By the way, our already positive impression of your high ethical business standards was elevated even higher with the way you handled the error on the bar sink. When our contractor phoned you and told you that the sink was the wrong dimensions, you immediately stepped up. You owned the mistake and instantly told him the action you would take to “make it right”!!! Matt, our contractor, was sooo impressed! He told us what happened, and said, “I NEVER get this kind of response to a problem like this! I love this guy Dino!!!” 😄 All of this to say…THANK YOU, DINO! You came through as always!
