While most manufacturers require a 36" cabinet for a small 32" sink, a Rachiele® 36" sink fits perfectly into a standard 36" cabinet. Corner Construction Matters More Than Most People Realize
The images on the left show corners from other sinks on the market. Two of the images are from manufacturers based in the U.S. Two of these sinks are priced similarly to ours. The other one is somewhat less expensive. While pricing varies, the construction approach is clearly different.
Those corners rely on folded seams and visible weld transitions. They function, but they introduce stress points, visual inconsistency, and areas that are harder to clean over time.
On the right is a Rachiele® corner. Each corner is fully MicroWelded™, carefully blended, and micro-polished to create a smooth, continuous surface. This is slower, more labor-intensive work, but it results in stronger corners, better hygiene, and a finish that looks intentional rather than assembled.
