Our butcher-grade boards are one of the most important accessories for our workstation sinks. Our cutting boards are stain-resistant and are dishwasher-safe. They are made of the exact material that inspectors must see as countertops in butcher shops. High-density, high-molecular-weight HDPE ). They are NSF listed and approved by the FDA and are made in the U.S.A. This cutting surface is also selected due to the low potential for microplastics entering into the food. Many of our past customers tell us their white cutting boards are nice and white and in great shape after over 10 years of use. That is why we put a THREE-YEAR WARRANTY on our white butcher-grade board. Our butcher-grade cutting boards are one of the most important accessories for our workstation sinks. Made from high-density, high-molecular-weight HDPE - the exact material required by inspectors as a countertop surface in licensed butcher shops - they are NSF listed, FDA approved, and made in the U.S.A.

These boards are stain-resistant, dishwasher-safe, and selected specifically for their low potential for microplastics entering food. Many of our customers tell us their white cutting boards are still bright white and in perfect condition after more than ten years of use.

That is why we back them with a three-year warranty against staining. If your board stains and the dishwasher will not remove it, we will replace it. You will likely not find another company offering any warranty on a cutting board.

One important note: while our boards are dishwasher-safe, certain high-end dishwasher models feature drying cycles that reach temperatures well above the standard 120-140°F range. If your dishwasher has a specialty drying setting such as Crystal Dry or similar, we recommend using a standard dry cycle and ensuring the board lies flat during the cycle rather than leaning against any surface. Sustained extreme heat combined with an angled position can cause warping in any HDPE board regardless of quality.
