As we turn the page to 2024, we at Rachiele Custom Sinks are thrilled to celebrate a remarkable milestone: our 25th anniversary. Since our inception in January 1999, our journey has been one of passion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in custom sink manufacturing. Today, we reflect on our journey, the achievements, and what lies ahead.

The Genesis of a Vision

It all began in 1999, with a vision to redefine kitchen aesthetics and functionality. I, armed with two decades of kitchen design experience and a passion for innovation, identified a gap in the market for high-quality, custom-made single bowl sinks with rear corner drains. From our humble beginnings in Apopka, FL, we embarked on a mission to create not just sinks, but centerpieces of kitchens across the globe.

Pioneering the Workstation Sink

At Rachiele, we didn't just create sinks; we revolutionized them. We proudly introduced the very first workstation sink to the market, a concept that transformed the traditional sink into a multi-functional workspace. This innovation resonated with homeowners, sink manufacturers and designers alike, setting a new standard in kitchen design.

Crafting with Excellence

Our commitment to quality has never wavered. Every sink is signed by the artisans that crafted the sink. They have my blanket permission to scrap any sink that is not as perfect as we can make it. We never sell second quality sinks. Our expertise and attention to detail have earned us recognition as producers of the finest sinks in the world.

A Community of Loyal Customers

The cornerstone of our success is the loyalty of our customers. An astonishing amount of our business comes from repeat customers, with over 90% of new customers being referrals from our past customers. This speaks volumes about the trust and satisfaction our clients place in our products and services.

Looking Back at Our Achievements

Over the past 25 years, we've achieved numerous milestones. From expanding our product range to incorporating eco-friendly practices, every step has been towards enhancing our customer experience. We have evolved our workstation sink designs, our accessories and virtually everything right down to our custom made crated sink presentation. One of the highest praises we had last year was from an Apple employee who said he had never seen such an amazing sink presentation outside of what Apple creates. We continue to have 100% five star reviews and hear regularly from past Rachiele sink owners. We created a brand new website in 2023 to make it easier to navigate and be more informative. Our presence on platforms like Houzz.com has connected us with a broader audience, allowing us to share our passion for sink design with the world.

What Lies Ahead

As we celebrate this significant milestone, we also look forward to the future. Our goal remains steadfast: to continue to wow our customers, here and abroad, ensuring more homes can experience the magic of a Rachiele sink. We're constantly exploring new designs, materials, and technologies to keep pioneering in our field. We have never been followers, we have always been and will continue to be leaders.
