"I could never justify money for a custom piece for my home, but when it came to the sink, I figured I ‘d get my daily use out of it. Well, now, 5 years later, I can say this sink is hands down the best investment in my home. I feel like it’s the heart of our home. Everything happens at the kitchen sink. It welcomes us when we come home because we wash our hands as soon as we walk in. It greets us in the morning as we make our first cup of coffee. It is there when we prepare our meals, and when we clean up. All our family somehow gathers around it at holiday get togethers. And it seems to “speak” to my guests with its ever changing patina colors. I don’t regret one bit having splurged on this. We are a military family, so yes, it was a big investment for us, and it was so wise to have splurged on the sink of all things, because it’s the most used thing in this entire home. It’s very well made, craftmanship that I’m familiar with, being from Italy. It has a unique design on the front that the artist worked with me to create. And best of all, it is so functional. Sometimes I leave the cutting board in the rail, sometimes the drain tray, sometimes just the sponge caddy. I can give my kitchen a fresh feeling every month just because of how customizable it is with all the accessories. Oh, and by the way, do yourself a favor and also get a USA made faucet, 5 years in and not one issue. Thanks Dino for being so passionate about what you guys make there!" See review here.
Reading your review stopped me in my tracks. I could feel the life that’s happened around that sink—and it means the world to know something we crafted has become the heart of your home. That’s exactly why we do what we do.
As a military family, I know every dollar counts and every decision has weight behind it. The fact that you chose to invest in a Rachiele sink—and now, five years later, still see it as one of the wisest choices you've made—honors every bit of passion and precision we pour into each piece.
Your words beautifully capture what I always hope people will feel: that a sink shouldn’t just exist in a kitchen—it should serve, welcome, and even spark joy. I'm especially touched that you collaborated with us on the front design. That kind of personal touch is what elevates a sink into something far more meaningful.
And you're absolutely right—the functionality isn’t just about convenience. It’s about giving you flexibility, freshness, and a workspace that adapts to your life, not the other way around.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to share this. I’m honored to have played a small role in your daily life—and deeply grateful for your service and your trust.
