Our artisan shop is truly amazing. Suppliers that visit us tell us they have never seen such a clean and well organized shop. In the above photo, you are seeing about 2/3rds of our shop. In the back right is our fiber laser. Bending equipment is in the middle. Welding is in the front right. The left side is finishing. The enclosed room behind the finishing is our wood shop. That is where we make our custom crates for shipping. Back behind this photo is where the patina work is done as well as the leak and drainage testing. There is also another small building that is our spray booth for the topcoats on the farm sinks. Of course, there is also a nice office with a kitchenette, two bathrooms and some storage.
We have just 4 artisans on our team. They all sign their work, as they are very proud of their craft. I have had a long standing policy that nothing is to leave here that is not the best work of each person working on the sink. My team knows that we would never sell a second quality sink. Any sink that does not meet the team high standard (and or mine) is scrapped. For this, and many other reasons, we are blessed with 24 years of reviews that are all 5 star reviews. If you have not read our reviews on Google or Houzz, take a look at some here Many of our testimonials are a full page long. We are very humbled by all of the kind words. Because of the fine work offered by our entire team, we have been able to do business since 2008 without advertising. A full third of our business is repeat business and about 98% of the balance is referrals from those customers, either directly or through comments on social media or Houzz.com.
