White Bean Caprese Salad and the need for retrofit sink accessories

As some of you may know, in July of 2022 we experienced flooding that caused significant damage in our home. After playing the insurance game, we finally received approval to begin the remodel. Because of the extent of the work being done, we needed to move out of our home and into a rental. Fortunately we found a lovely home close to our office. Unfortunately, after years of working in my workstation sink, I was significantly frustrated by the sink in our rental home. They say necessity is the mother of invention, and that was true in my case! After a couple of attempts, my team and I were able to create custom accessories that would turn my sink into a workstation sink! What a difference the accessories have made. I was excited to share the new idea with all of you, so we planned a filming session at our house. Mataya came up with this delicious and easy recipe. Sean was our videographer, and the rest is history. I hope you enjoy this tasty salad. It makes a beautiful side dish or is perfect for a quick meal on a hot day. Let us know what you think.
