The accessories are what make a workstation sink function. Those are the parts your hands touch every day. The sink is the frame. The accessories do the work.

So read what the manufacturer actually warrants.

A parachute warranted everywhere except the canopy is not a generous warranty. It is a confession. The canopy is not a wear item. It is not sacrificial. It is the reason the thing exists. Nobody writes an exclusion for the part they are sure of.

Now look at what most of this industry is selling as accessories. Wood drying racks. Wood roll mats. Wood boards meant to live on the sink.

Wood over standing water, every day, for years. That is akin to putting hardwood flooring in a shower stall. It is not a manufacturing defect. It is a category error. No warranty language can fix it, which is exactly why there usually is not any.

We also offer wood cutting boards, and we warrant nothing on them. We say so plainly. A wood board has its place on a counter or a table. It has no business being stored on a workstation sink or used as the daily board on one. Not on ours. Not on anyone's.
